Premium whole-grain oat groats are cut in a steel burr mill to create Bob's Red Mill stell cut oats. Entirely gluten-free, chewy and textural, and delightfully nutty and substantial. Higher in fiber and protein than processed oats, steel cut oats will have a more pronounced oat flavor and hold up well when cooked in batches and reheated.
