This Balsamic Vinegar is produced with grapes coming from Emilia Romagna vineyards. A thick vinegar, balanced and with a velvety texture, is obtained after a long ripening in French oak barriques. Made entirely from natural ingredients, the Special Edition contains no additives or coloring agents and is aged for a minimum of 8 years.
