Tubetti come from Campania in southern Italy. They belong to the very short, straight, tubular smooth pasta cuts. They are 0.472" long, between 0.042" and 0.045" thick, with a 0.236" diameter. They are excellent in broths, legume - based soups and rich vegetable minestrones. Also great with light tomato and basil -based sauces.
