Skull Island prawns are sustainably sourced Australian Tiger prawns. They are wild caught from the pristine waters surrounding Skull Island in the Gulf of Carpentaria in Northern Australia. These prawns are the biggest in Australia, measuring 26cm in length to 100g in weight1. They are sweet and tender, and can be cooked fried on a BBQ2.
