Twin Marquis' Hong Kong-style wrappers are thinner and more delicate than Shanghai-style wrappers, allowing the fillings to really shine. Supple and paper thin, each is 3.5" in diameter and is made with a wheat-based dough. Excellent for all manner of dumplings, or layer with delicate fillings for an open-format ravioli.
