Nettle Meadow's most famous cheese is made from a blend of pasteurized farmstead goat's milk and cow's milk cream. Kunik, the Inuit term for an Eskimo kiss, has a bloomy rind, and which the edges of the triple creme paste ripens evenly, while the center remains dense and acidified. Kunik most recently won two gold medals at the World Cheese Championships as well as at the American Cheese Society 2016 Awards.
