Since 1855, generations of the Cravero family have been overseeing the stagionatura (cheese maturing) of the highest quality D.O.P Parmigiano-Reggiano. The Cravero family maintains cheese aging facilities both in Emilia Romagna and in the now famous town of Bra, home of Slow Food, where the family business has been headquartered for centuries.
