A crêpe is a very thin, cooked pancake made from wheat flour. The world, like the product itself is of French origin, deriving from the latin world “crispa”, meaning “curled”. While crêpes originate from Brittany, a region in northwest of France,their consumption is nowadays widespread throughout the world and is considered an international dish.
