Skull Island Tiger Prawns are the biggest prawns in Australia, measuring up to ~22cm in length and ~80g in weight. They are sustainably sourced and wild-caught from the pristine waters surrounding Skull Island in the Gulf of Carpentaria in Northern Australia.
